The publication of the "Hiroshima to Fukushima: Biohazards of Radiation" was announced on this site before (2013.11). Subsequently, two lectures have been given on the book; one at World Federalists monthly event and another at University of British Columbia. The talks were given with PPT. Thanks for the information. It was a good review.
I think it must be stressed that even one atom of radioactive material harms your health if it gets in you, and that we are in uncharted areas now with few facts.
